Elizabeth and Nick Woodhams, the Principals of Woodhams Relocation Centre, started business in 1991 as a result of their personal experience of international relocations.

All 20 + members of the Woodhams team, consultants and administrative staff, have the personal experience of relocating, helping people with short term and temporary accommodation and understand the uniqueness of every move and the emotions involved. We hand pick, train, and value our consultants because their role as an expert guide throughout the relocation process is critical.

With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, destination services are provided throughout Australia.

To date, Woodhams has assisted in the relocation of over 7000 individuals and families.

International Affiliations

In early 2002 we were founding partners in Reloc8 Asia Pacific Group, an organisation providing regional coverage, local expertise, consistent services and quality throughout the Asia Pacific Region.

In addition through our international connections we provide seamless relocation management throughout the world.

Nick and Elizabeth Woodhams have been speakers at international conferences run by The Employee Relocation Council (ERC - based in Washington, DC), and The European Relocation Association (EURA)

Our involvement in international relocation over many years has brought strong affiliations and peer recognition of our knowledge and experience. Nick is a past member of the ERC's Industry Advisory Council and a current member of the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification Review Board. GMS is the status awarded by ERC to members who have successfully completed a program of study and examinations on issues affecting international mobility. Both Nick and Elizabeth have GMS qualification.
